Once you Purchase , To complete the installation, we need to connect with your store.

📋 What You Need to Do

Step 1: Provide Your Shopify Store ID & Collaborator Request Code

To install the widget on your store, we need two pieces of information:

1. Shopify Store ID - Your store's unique identifier
2. Collaborator Request Code - A security code from your store settings

Both are required to send you the collaborator invitation.

🔍 How to Find Your Shopify Store ID

Method 1: From Your Shopify Admin

1. Log in to your Shopify Admin panel
2. Look at the URL in your browser
3. Your Store ID is the part before .myshopify.com

Example:

• URL: https://your-store-name.myshopify.com/admin
• Store ID: your-store-name

Method 2: From Store Settings

1. Go to Settings in your Shopify Admin
2. Click on General
3. Find your Store Details section
4. Your Store ID appears as: your-store-name.myshopify.com

🔐 How to Get Your Collaborator Request Code

Step-by-Step Instructions:

1. Log in to your Shopify Admin panel
2. Click on Settings (bottom left corner)
3. Select Users and permissions
4. Scroll down to the Collaborators section
5. Click on Add collaborators
6. You'll see a Collaborator request code displayed
7. Copy this code (it's usually a 4-digit number)

Important: This code is unique to your store and changes if regenerated.

✅ Share Both Details With Us

Option 1: Product Page Text Box (Recommended)

If you purchased through our website, you should have seen text boxes on the product page to enter:

• Your Shopify Store ID
• Your Collaborator Request Code

If you've already entered both, you're all set!

Option 2: Email Us

Email: support@misterpromptlabs.com
Subject: Store ID & Collaborator Code for Widget Installation
Include:

• Your order number
• Your Shopify Store ID (e.g., your-store-name.myshopify.com)
• Your Collaborator Request Code (e.g., 1234)
• The widget you purchased

Email Template:

Order Number: #12345
Store ID: your-store-name.myshopify.com
Collaborator Request Code: 1234
Widget: [Widget Name]

Option 3: Live Chat Support

Click the chat icon at the bottom right corner of our website and share:

• Your order number
• Your Shopify Store ID
• Your Collaborator Request Code

🚀 What Happens Next?

1. We Send Collaborator Request (Within 24 hours)

   • You'll receive an email from Shopify
   • Subject: "You've been invited to collaborate on [Store Name]"
   • Note: The request may come from either support@misterpromptlabs.com or misterpromptlabs@gmail.com (our partner account)

2. Accept the Request

   • Click the link in the email
   • Click "Accept invitation"
   • This gives us temporary access to install your widget

3. We Install Your Widget (1-2 business days)

   • Our team will install and configure the widget
   • We'll test it to ensure everything works perfectly
   • You'll receive a confirmation email once complete

4. Access Removed

   • After installation, we'll remove our collaborator access
   • Your store remains 100% under your control

🔒 Your Store Security

We take your store security seriously:

✅ Limited Access: We only request collaborator access, not full ownership
✅ Temporary: Access is removed immediately after installation
✅ No Data Collection: We don't collect or store your customer data
✅ Professional Team: All installations are done by certified Shopify experts

Q: What if I don't see the collaborator email?

A: Check your spam/junk folder for emails from support@misterpromptlabs.com or misterpromptlabs@gmail.com. If still not found, contact us and we'll resend it.

Q: Is it safe to give collaborator access?

A: Yes! Collaborator access is Shopify's official method for agencies and developers. We cannot make any ownership changes or access sensitive data.

Q: What if I forgot to enter my Store ID on the product page?

A: No problem! Just email us at support@misterpromptlabs.com or use the live chat. We'll get you sorted.

Q: How long will you have access to my store?

A: Only until the installation is complete. We remove access immediately after, typically within 1-2 business days.

Q: Can I install it myself?

A: These are custom widgets that require technical expertise. We handle installation to ensure everything works perfectly. However, if you're a developer, contact us for installation instructions.

Q: What if something goes wrong?

A: We test everything before finalizing. If you notice any issues, we provide free support for 30 days post-installation.
