1. Shopify Widgets & Custom Development

1.1 Refund Eligibility

  • Within 7 Days: If you're not satisfied with a widget or custom development work, you may request a refund within 7 days of delivery.
  • Valid Reasons: Refunds will be considered if:
    • The widget does not function as described in the project scope
    • There are critical bugs that cannot be resolved within a reasonable timeframe
    • The delivered work materially deviates from the agreed-upon specifications

1.2 Non-Refundable Situations

  • Custom development work that has been completed according to agreed specifications
  • Changes in client requirements after project approval
  • Compatibility issues with third-party apps or themes not disclosed during the project scope
  • Work that has been delivered and approved by the client
  • Custom code that has been implemented on a live store

1.3 Refund Process

  3. If approved, refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method

2. Shopify Store Creation Services

2.1 Milestone-Based Refunds

Store creation projects are completed in phases. Refunds are evaluated based on project milestones:

  • Planning Phase (0-20% completion): Full refund available
  • Design Phase (21-50% completion): 50% refund available
  • Development Phase (51-80% completion): 25% refund available
  • Launch Phase (81-100% completion): No refund available

2.2 Refund Eligibility

  • The store does not meet the core requirements outlined in the project agreement
  • Critical functionality is missing or broken
  • Design significantly deviates from approved mockups without client approval

2.3 Non-Refundable Situations

  • Client changes requirements after design approval
  • Third-party costs (domain registration, Shopify subscription, premium themes, apps)
  • Completed and approved work phases
  • Store has been launched and is operational

3. Performance Marketing Services

3.1 Service-Based Model

Performance marketing services are ongoing and results-oriented. Due to the nature of these services:

  • No Refunds on Completed Months: Once a monthly service period has concluded, that month's fees are non-refundable
  • Ad Spend is Non-Refundable: Any advertising budget spent on platforms (Facebook, Google, etc.) is non-refundable
  • First 30 Days: If no meaningful results or progress is shown within the first 30 days, we will work with you to adjust strategy at no additional cost

3.2 Cancellation Policy

  • Cancel anytime with 30 days' notice
  • No refunds for partial months
  • Current month services will be completed as agreed

3.3 Performance Guarantees

While we cannot guarantee specific results due to factors beyond our control (market conditions, product quality, competition), we guarantee:

  • Transparent reporting and analytics
  • Best practices implementation
  • Regular strategy reviews and optimization

4. General Terms

4.1 Partial Refunds

In cases where work has been partially completed, we may offer partial refunds calculated based on:

  • Hours worked vs. total project hours
  • Milestones completed
  • Value delivered

4.2 Revision vs. Refund

Before issuing a refund, we will attempt to:

  • Address any concerns or issues
  • Offer revisions to meet your expectations
  • Provide alternative solutions

4.3 Refund Processing Time

  • Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days
  • Depending on your payment provider, it may take an additional 5-10 business days for funds to appear in your account

If you're unsatisfied with our refund decision:
